If I could re-live this day over and over, I would.
Holly and Gene reached out to me back in early 2019, which feels like a lifetime ago by now! Despite a challenging 2020, we were able to re-adapt plans for their Franklin Plaza wedding day and celebrate with them in June 2021 at the bash they always dreamed of.
A day full of special moments and thoughtful details, Holly and Gene are exactly the type of folks I love working with. They love eachother SO much, have a great group of friends, a super kind family, and the sweetest daughter - Gianna. I loved planning this event with Holly because she was super excited for her couples photos and came up with SO many great portrait ideas - she even did an outfit change! You guys all know I'm a sucker for details, so her outfit / jewelry change, amazing décor, and beautiful hair & makeup look sent me to the moon.
Between the gorgeous details, beautiful portraits and group photos, and LIVELY dance party, this wedding was the dreamiest ever. I always love catching guests breaking it down on the floor, but catching a groom jamming to Teach Me How to Dougie? The absolute best. I'm crying.
I know that Franklin Plaza had been Holly's dream venue quite literally FOREVER, and I was so glad to be able to play a little part in this special day for these amazing people. Holly& Gene - thank you SO much for having me as your wedding photographer. It was an honor and a joy to celebrate with you two!
