"the best thing to happen to our wedding."
My name is Hannah Kuznia, and I want to tell your story.
Constantly inspired by the incredible people I get to photograph, my style is authentic, candid, romantic, and photojournalistic with a focus on the joyful little moments that make you "you". I like to pride myself on my one - on - one approach, because I'll be with you from your first outreach email, to our first "get to know you" cocktail, to the last dance. I think of you as family and will treat yours like I would my own. I like to use the term "forever photographer," because my clients become a part of my life.. well.. forever... and tend to keep coming back to me for every life event they want documented ;)
I want to give you a photo collection that tells a story - one that balances the must-have classic wedding shots with life's little candid moments. The ones where you're giggling at inside jokes, stealing a kiss, and crying with your besties. I love capturing people exactly as they are in the moment, letting big laughs and little newlywed glances naturally unfold to be caught by my lens. That said, I also understand the importance of posing and am comfortable giving direction that results in a natural looking image - I know that being in front of a camera can feel awkward! No stranger to large family groups or rowdy wedding parties, my team and I respectfully wrangle crowds with ease and crack jokes while doing it.I balance all of the "classic, must-have mantle" shots with the unique, in-the-moment shots that all add to the narrative and the story of your wedding day.
More than anything, I want to make your wedding photography coverage a true experience. I will help your groomsmen pin their boutonnieres. I will happy-dance with you over the great shot we just took. I will help you attempt to pop that giant bottle of champagne you impulse-bought the week before the wedding. And you know I will tear up when you walk down the aisle and share your first dance. In other words -- I'm just as invested as you are.
I get weddings, so you don’t have to.
Hear me out.
Most people that are planning their weddings are doing it for the first and last time. I would never ever expect any of my clients to know everything about the wedding day or wedding photography. That’s why I like to think of myself as a helping hand & resource for you to bounce things off of during this time where you’re making decisions left and right with the goal of having a flawless day.
But is any weddaing day flawless?
Yes and no.
SOS, why no?!
Listen, there will always be some last minute “thing”. Some change that needs to be adapted to. I see it as my duty to roll with the punches for you and adapt on site to things that change, planned or not.
OK, then why yes?!

Because you’re marrying your person! Rain or shine, with or without that random forgotten object you bought on etsy in preparation for the day (mine was the Kate Spade wedding cake knives -_-) at the end of the day what matters is that you get to laugh and smile with all your favorite people in the world, smooch your new spouse a lot, dance around in your wedding dress with a glass of champagne in hand, and start the rest of your life.
"it is very nice to have the person capturing your special day be as invested in it as you are"
"I probably had 20 guests tell me how impressed they were with our photographers"
I started working weddings in 2015 as an assistant, so I learned about how a wedding day works from the ground up. In addition to having the experience on the vendor side of things, I'm a newlywed myself so I just experienced the wedding planning process from the bride's perspective. I know how important it is to feel special, valued, and heard in those precious months you have while you plan your perfect wedding.
Aside from a strong portfolio and unquestionable know-how, I want to bring a genuine personal connection to the table. I like to think of this exchange as the most meaningful customer service interaction of your life. Plus, when your photographer makes you feel at ease, it shows in the pictures - that's the key to looking gorgeous and in love.
A question I visit daily. There are over 6.9 billion people on this planet - each with their own unique values, background, outlook on life, and support system. No two individuals are the same, just as no two couples are the same. It really makes a mark on me to get to see what all these different partnerships are like, and then to find a way to uniquely represent your love and the love of your support systems on the best day of your life.
Documenting the joy a wedding and the special bonds that hold people together is not just a career to me - it’s a privilege that I am thankful for every single day.
INVEST IN YOUR MEMORIES.
Do you want magic photos of your wedding day? Do you also want to have a great time with a photographer who will make you laugh, keep you comfortable behind the camera, help keep your hair #bomb and show the guys how to pin their boutonnieres? That’s me.

"She made us feel so comfortable, cracking jokes and getting us to laugh, which really beings out the best pictures of a person. Hannah is very down to earth and personable! She excelled at always being in the right place at the right time but without being obvious."
